Thomson call centre to take Agent Aid

Thomson’s Glasgow based call centre has become the latest travel agency to sign up for trailstream’s Agent Aid web based content tool. The service will initially be rolled out to those staff who aren’t focused on directional selling and need access to a wide range of holiday brochures.

David Hawke, Head of Call Centres, said "We have successfully been using Agent Aid within a number of our other call centres and have been very pleased with the impact this has had on our conversion rates. Rolling it out at Glasgow was the next logical step."
