| TUI UK rollout Agent Aid across their direct retail call centres | |

September 2004 Team Lincoln and The First Resort, the TUI UK owned travel teletext and online agencies, are to rollout Agent Aid across their 5 call centres and homeworkers. Agent Aid gives the sales staff immediate access to electronic copies of the key tour operator brochures whose products they sell. The agents are able to browse and search the content, as well as build personalised portfolios of holidays which can be emailed to customers and are stored for agent’s reference. David Hawke, Head of Call Centres, said "Agent Aid is a quick and smart tool to give our agents the information they need at their fingertips, and rolling it out across our call centres will help the bottom line conversions - selling more holidays."
