| Travelcounsellors rolls out Agent Aid to their network of home based agents | |

October 2004 Travel Counsellors, the award winning travel agency, has rolled out trailstream’s Agent Aid application integrated with Comtec’s EasysSell to give their home-based agents immediate access to a large portfolio of electronic brochures. Under the agreement, Travel Counsellors consultants will be able to build portfolios of selected holidays with personalised contact details which can be emailed to potential customers whilst they are still on the phone, reducing the risk of losing the customer to another retailer. Paul Speakman, IT Director at Travel Counsellors said, "By working with trailstream we were able to integrate Agent Aid with our own intranet, and configure the email functionality to support the highly personalised service which Travel Counsellors is well known for. It’s obviously difficult to distribute printed brochures to all our home-based consultants, so having them accessible in a system such as this makes perfect sense."
