trailstream, the market leader in tour operator content provision and technology, today announced the launch of Agent Aid, a sales tool for call centre and retail staff. Agent Aid provides a powerful application for searching and browsing the UK tour operator brochures featured in the trailstream ONE content database. Furthermore, the web based application, allows users to collect together hotel details which can then be emailed to customer. The emails can be branded by the travel agent and can be personalised so as to provide the contact details of the sales agent who sent them.
What makes the system unique is its ability to support free text searches and the ability to see the content either as web pages, or to see the actual holiday brochure pages.
